Description
|
Macrophage inflammatory protein 5 (CCL15) is a member of the human beta-chemokinefamily and is chemotactic for T cells and monocytes but not neutrophils, eosinophils, or Bcells. It induces changes in intracellular calcium concentration in monocytes and isthought to act through the CCR1 receptor but also binds to CCR3.
