| Application Notes | Crude antiserum was purified by Affinity chromatography. Western blotting was performed against 40µg Hela lysate run on a NuPage 10% Bis-Tris gel at 200V for 30 mins in MOPS SDS running buffer. Transferred for 1.5 hours at 100V in tris-glycine buffer with 20% MeOH onto 45µm pore PVDF membrane. Blocked using 5% skimmed milk in TBS/tween. Incubated with 1º Ab at 1/100 dilution, O/N at 4ºC then 2º Ab 1/2000 horse anti-goat, 1 hour at RT. |
