Immunogen The antiserum was produced against synthesized non-phosphopeptide derived from human Zap-70 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 319 (S-P-Yp-S-D).
Specificity The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. Zap-70 antibody detects endogenous levels of total Zap-70 protein.
