Immunogen Human CEA isolated from hepatic metastasis of colon adenocarcinoma.
Specificity This antibody reacts with CEA and CEA-like protein, e.g. NCA, NCA2 and BGP1. In colon adenocarcinoma, this antibody stains the luminal part of enterocytes. The antibody shows positive staining in breast, lung, liver and spleen tissues.

Application Details

Application Notes Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation conditions should be determined by the user. Suitable for formalin/paraffin tissues.
