Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Western Blot: 1 μg/mL for HRPO/ECL detection. Use Casein/Tween-20 based blocking and Blot incubation buffers. Positive control: S1010-92G1: Shc, phosphorylated (Ser36) HepG2 Cell Lysate, EGF Treated. Add 62 μL SDS-PAGE sample buffer and incubate at 90?C for 5 minutes. Aliquot and store at -20?C.
