Specificity

Recognizes a 125kD nucleoplasmic protein (AND-1, acidic nucleoplasmic DNA-binding protein) in Xenopus. Immunolocalization studies showed a dispersed, finely granular distribution pattern throughout the nucleoplasm. Species cross-reactivity: Xenopus laevis, Xenopus borealis, No cross-reactivity with other higher vertebrates.
