Application Details

Application Notes The antibody can be used in Western blot analysis (0.5-4 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. The antibody detects a 12.0 kDa protein corresponding to the apparent molecular weight of cytochrome c.
Buffer 100 ug (0.2 mg/ml) purified IgG in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide.
Storage Store at -20 o C. For long term storage, aliquot and refreeze at -70 o C. Avoid repeated freeze/defrost cycles Shelf Life: 12 Months
Research Area Metabolism
