The antibody can be used for Western blotting (0.5-4 ug/ml). Based on researchers feedback, the antibody also works well in immunoprecipitation and immunohistochemistry. However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Rat kidney cell lysate can be used as a positive control. Blocking peptide can be used as a positive control.
