| Description | 100 ug purified rabbit polyclonal antibody. Reacts with human/mouse/rat. Tested in WB/IP/IHC. Synonyms: TANK Polyclonal Antibody, Anti-TANK antibody, TANK antibody, Anti-TANK, TANK, TRAF, TNF-R, CD40, NFkB, TRAF2 Synonyms: TANK Polyclonal Antibody, Anti-TANK antibody, TANK antibody, Anti-TANK, TANK, TRAF, TNF-R, CD40, NFkB, TRAF2 |
Application Details
| Application Notes | The antibody can be used for Western blotting (0.5-4 ug/ml). Based on researcher's feed back the antibody also works well in immunoprecipitation (10-20 ug/ml), and immunohistochemistry (10-20 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Mouse small intestine tissue lysate can be used as a positive control. Blocking peptide is available separately. |
| Buffer | 100 ug (0.2 mg/ml) affinity purified rabbit anti-TANK polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 30% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, 0.01% thimerosal. |
| Storage | Store at -20 o C. For long-term storage, aliquot and freeze at -70 o C. Avoid repeated freeze/defrost cycles Shelf Life: 12 Months |
