The antibody can be used for Western blotting (0.5-4 ug/ml). Based on researcher's feedback, it also works well in immunoprecipitation (20-25 ug/ml), and immunohistochemistry (20-25 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Blocking peptide is available separately.
