Application Notes The antibody can be used for Western blot analysis (0.5-1 ug/ml). Based on researcher's feedback, it can also be used in ELISA (2-3 ug/ml), and neutralization (2-10 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
Buffer 100 ug (0.5 mg/ml) affinity purified rabbit anti-human SDF-1 polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 30% glycerol and 0.01 thimerosal.
