Striking binding of mc-IA-2-Ab as ICA on cryosections of human (A) and mouse (B) pancreas measured by indirect immunofluorescence.

IA-2 (intracellulare domain) was separated by SDS-PAGE according to Laemmli with 1.2µg IA-2 per antibody. The strips of the membrane were incubated with the monoclonal antibodies (0.1mg/0.2ml, diluted 1:100). Binding of the monoclonal antibodies was detected with Peroxidase-conjugated Rabbit Anti-Mouse IgG, Fc (gamma) Fragment and 3,3‘-Diaminobenzidin tetrahydrochlorid was used as chromogen.
