Pathways
Application Notes Western blot (1:1.000-1:10.000) ELISA Immunoprecipitation Immunohistochemistry: (1:1.000-1:10.000) Frozen and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues. The staining intensity of formalin-fixed paraffin embedded tissues may be significantly improved by the pretreatment of: Formic acid (70 %) for 10-30 minutes at room temperature. HIER (Heat Induced Epitope Retrieval) with buffers such as citrate. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
