Application Details

Application Notes Western blotting. Suitable for staining formalin-fixed paraffin wax embedded sections following enzyme digestion when incubated for one hour at room temperature. Indirect immunofluorescence or immunoperoxidase staining of frozen sections. Cytological material. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
