Application Notes
|
Suitable for use in IFA. Direct FA staining of target antigen in a permissive tissue culture system. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. A starting range of 1:5 - 1:20 is recommended. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
