Application Details
| Application Notes | Suitable for use in ELISA. By direct ELISA, 1:20,000 dilution will yield >1.0 O.D. using alkaline phosphatase conjugated Rabbit anti-mouse Ig. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with water to a concentration of 1mg/ml. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. |
