Specificity Reacts specifically with Rhodamine and its derivatives. Rhodamine isomer 5 and isomer 6 are reactive as TAMRA, as well as TRITC conjugated protein. No reaction is observed against Texas Red.

Application Details

Application Notes Assayed by ELISA using HRP Goat anti Mouse IgG for detection. A working dilution of 1:5,000 to 1:50,000 is suggested for this assay. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Purification Protein A chromatography.
Buffer 0.02M Potassium phosphate, 0.15M Sodium chloride, pH 7.2. Preservative: 0.01% (w/v) Sodium azide
Storage Upon receipt, store at -20°C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use. Expiration date is one year from date of opening.
