Immunogen N-terminal peptide of thrombin receptor residues 51-64 (KYEPFWEDEEKNES)
Clone B825M
Isotype IgG1
Specificity Recognizes an epitope on the receptor, distant from the N-terminal thrombin cleavage site (WEDEE). It reacts with both intact and cleaved receptors.
Characteristics MAb to Thrombin Receptor, Monoclonal antibody to Thrombin Receptor
Purification Ascites
Alternative Name Thrombin Receptor (F2R Antibody Abstract)
Research Area Chromatin and Nuclear Signaling, Cell Cycle, Angiogenesis, Coagulation
Pathways Nuclear Receptor Transcription Pathway
Application Notes Suitable for use in Western blot, immunoprecipitation and Flow cytometry (2 µg/5x105 cells or 2 µg/100 µL whole blood). Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Lyophilized
Reconstitution Reconstitute with 1 mL distilled water.
Buffer Lyophilized from PBS containing 1 mg/mL BSA.
Preservative Without preservative
Handling Advice Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. The addition of 0.1 % (w/v) sodium azide is recommended for storage (up to one month) at 2-8 °C.
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use.
Storage 4 °C/-20 °C
Storage Comment Store lyophilized product at 2-8 °C. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -28 °C.
