Application Notes
|
Recognizes bands of 116kDa (minor band), 92kDa (major band) and cleaved products at 68kDa, 40kDa in reduced Western blots of cell lysates. We recommend a starting concentration of 1:1,000 when using colormetric substrates and 1:5,000 for chemiluminescent substrates for Western blot. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
