| Application Notes | Assayed against 1.0ug of Alcohol Dehydrogenase in an standard ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A dilution range of 1:20,000 to 1:100,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 2.0ml of deionized water (or equivalent). Centrifuge if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. |
