Immunogen Aldolase (Rabbit Muscle)
Specificity Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against purified and partially purified Aldolase (Rabbit Muscle). This antibody will detect human Aldoloase.
Cross-Reactivity (Details) Cross reactivity against Aldolase from other tissues and species may also occur. It has been reported that this antibody can detect human Aldolase on immunoblot showing a 41 kDa band in lysates from MCF7, NMB231 and HBL 100 cell lines.
Characteristics Goat anti Aldolase, Rabbit Muscle, Goat antibody to Aldolase (Rabbit Muscle)
Purification Delipidation and defibrination.
Application Notes Assayed by 1 µg of Aldolase (Rabbit Muscle) in a standard ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Rabbit anti Goat IgG (H&L) and ABTS substrate. A working dilution range of 1:3.000 to 1:12.000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
Restrictions For Research Use only
Format Lyophilized
Reconstitution Reconstitute with 2mL of distilled deionized water.
Concentration Total protein: 90 mg/mL (Refractometry) (prior to lyophilization)
Buffer Lyophilized from 0.02M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15M Sodium chloride, pH 7.2, 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide
Preservative Sodium azide
Precaution of Use This product contains sodium azide, which has been classified as Xn (Harmful) in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1-1.0%. When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains.
Handling Advice Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
Storage 4 °C
Storage Comment Store lyophilized product at 2-8°C. After reconstitution, this product is stable for several weeks at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Centrifuge if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below.
Expiry Date 12 months
