Additional Information

Immunogen A synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 766-776 of Human Cul1 (C-terminus) coupled to KLH. Sequence: DGEKDTYSYLA
Format Liquid
Description Rabbit anti Cul1 (a.a. 766-776) Rabbit Antibody to Cullin 1 (Cul1), C-terminal (amino acids 766-776)
Specificity Reacts with human Cullin 1.

Application Details

Application Notes Suitable for use in ELISA (1:2,000 ? 1:10,000) and Western blot (1:500 ? 1:1,000). The antibody immunoprecipitates in vitro translated protein and protein from cell lysates (using HeLa or NIH-3T3). NOTE: Do not Immunoprecipitate in the presence of NP-40, but rather use 0.1% SDS. An 89.6 kDa band corresponding to human Cul1 is detected. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
Concentration Total Protein: 85mg/ml (Refractometry)
Purification Neat antiserum delipidation and defibrination Product is sterile filtered.
Buffer Not applicable. Preservative: 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide
Storage Upon receipt, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use. : This product contains sodium azide, which has been classified as Xn (Harmful) in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1-1.0%. When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains.
Restrictions For Research Use only
