Description
Rabbit anti Cul1 (a.a. 766-776) Rabbit Antibody to Cullin 1 (Cul1), C-terminal (amino acids 766-776)
Specificity
Reacts with human Cullin 1.
Application Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA (1:2,000 ? 1:10,000) and Western blot (1:500 ? 1:1,000). The antibody immunoprecipitates in vitro translated protein and protein from cell lysates (using HeLa or NIH-3T3). NOTE: Do not Immunoprecipitate in the presence of NP-40, but rather use 0.1% SDS. An 89.6 kDa band corresponding to human Cul1 is detected. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
