Immunogen A synthetic peptide corresponding to AA 11-24 of Human CAND1/TIP120A (N-terminal) coupled to KLH. Sequence: LLEKMTSSDKDFRF
Specificity Reacts with human, rat and mouse CAND1/TIP120A. It also cross-reacts with human, rat and mouse CAND2/TIP120B.
Characteristics Rabbit anti CAND1, N-terminal, Rabbit antibody to Human Cullin Associated and Neddylation Dissociation Protein 1 (CAND1), N-terminal
Purification Neat antiserum delipidation and defibrination.
Sterility Sterile filtered
Alternative Name Cullin Associated and Neddylation Dissociation Protein 1 (CAND1) (CAND1 Antibody Abstract)
Application Notes Suitable for use in ELISA (1:2.000 - 1:10.000), Western blot (1:500 - 1:1.000) and Immunoprecipitation. The antibody immunoprecipitates in vitro translated protein and protein from cell lysates (using HeLa and NIH-3T3 and others). A 136.4 kDa band corresponding to human CAND1 is detected. Most cell lines expressing CAND1 can be used as a positive control. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
