Additional Information

Alternative name Dendritic Cell-Specific ICAM-3 Grabbing Non-integrin (DC-SIGN)
Immunogen Synthetic peptide (CYFMSNSQRN WHDSITA) corresponding to amino acids 277-293 of human DC-SIGN
Format Liquid
Description Rabbit anti DC-SIGN Extracellular Domain Rabbit Antibody to Dendritic Cell-Specific ICAM-3 Grabbing Non-integrin (DC-SIGN), Extracellular domain
Specificity Reacts with human DC-SIGN (Dendritic Cell-specific ICAM-3 Grabbing Non-integrin) Extracellular domain. The expression of DC-SIGN is found in mucosal tissues including placenta, small intestine and rectum.

Application Details

Application Notes Suitable for use in immunohistochemistry (10ug/ml) and Western blot (1-2ug/ml). Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
Concentration 0.5mg/ml
Purification Immunoaffinity chromatography.
Buffer PBS. Preservative: 0.02% Sodium azide
Storage Store (up to one year) at 2-8°C. : This product contains sodium azide, which has been classified as Xn (Harmful), in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1-1.0%. When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains.
