Application Details
| Application Notes | Suitable for use in blocking the activity of the anti-avian influenza A (H5N1) Hemagglutinin antibody (Catalog #ABIN237675). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in ELISA assays by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 minutes at 37°C. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. |
