|Immunogen||Synthetic peptide corresponding to 14 amino acids in the middle region of the Hemagglutinin protein (Genbank accession no. AAT76166)Format: Affinity Purified, Liquid|
|Components||Set of PAbs and Peptides|
|Description||Rabbit anti Influenza A H5N1 Rabbit Antibody to Influenza A H5N1 Hemagglutinin (Middle Region)|
|Specificity||Hemagglutinin protein from the H5N1 strain of avian influenza (Middle Region)|
|Application Notes||Suitable for use in blocking the activity of the anti-avian influenza A (H5N1) Hemagglutinin antibody (Catalog #ABIN237675). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in ELISA assays by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 minutes at 37°C. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.|
|Storage||Store (up to one year) at 2–8°C.Inactivation: Not applicableWarnings: This product contains sodium azide, which has been classified as Xn (Harmful), in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1 – 1.0 %.
