| Description | Rabbit anti PAK6 Rabbit Antibody to Human p21-Activated Kinase 6 (PAK6), Middle Region |
| Specificity | Reacts to the middle region of human PAK6. The p21-activated kinases (PAKs) are serine-threonine kinases that bind to the active forms of Cdc42 and Rac (1). PAK6 proteins are not activated by Cdc42/Rac binding. PAK6 has been shown to be activated by MAP kinase kinase 6, and p38 MAP kinase (3), suggesting that PAK6 may play a role in the cellular response to stress-related signals. |
Application Details
| Application Notes | Suitable for use in Western blot (1?2ug/ml). Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. |
| Concentration | Lot specific |
| Purification | Immunoaffinity chromatography |
| Buffer | PBS. Preservative: 0.02% Sodium azide |
| Storage | Store (up to 1 year) at 2-8(C. : This product contains sodium azide, which has been classified as Xn (Harmful), in European Directive 67/548/EEC in the concentration range of 0.1-1.0%. When disposing of this reagent through lead or copper plumbing, flush with copious volumes of water to prevent azide build-up in drains. |
