Description
Goat A’ Pepsin (Pig Stomach) Goat Antibody to Pepsin (Pig Stomach) Horseradish Peroxidase conjugated
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum as well as purified and partially purified Pepsin (Porcine Stomach). Cross-reactivity against Pepsin from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined.
Application Notes
Assayed against 1.0ug of Pepsin (Porcine Stomach) in a standard ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:10,000 to 1:50,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Storage
Store lyophilized product at 2-8°C. After reconstitution, product is stable for several weeks at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid. Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Expiration date is one (1) year from reconstitution date.
