Description: Rabbit anti Alga PCNA Rabbit Antibody to Alga Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen (PCNA)

Specificity: Recognizes algal PCNA. BLAST analysis suggests that this antibody would react with PCNA from the following alga sources: Prorocentrum minimum, Tetraselmis chui, Pleurochrysis carterae and Isochrysis galbana. Species that have been tested but yielded no positive results are Pfiesteria piscicida, Emiliania huxleyi, Akashiwo sanguinea, Rhodomonas sp., Karlodinium micrum, and Skletonema costatum. Reactivity with PCNA from other sources has not been determined.

Application Details

Application Notes: Suitable for use in ELISA (1:10,000 ? 1:50,000) and Western blot (1:200 ? 1:2,000). Expect a band at approximately 29 kDa. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
