Immunogen A synthetic peptide corresponding to AA 94-108 of Human ROC1 (C-terminal) coupled to KLH. Sequence: CPLDNREWEFQKYGH
Specificity Reacts with human, mouse, C. elgans and zebra fish ROC1.
Characteristics Rabbit anti ROC1 (AA 94-108), Rabbit antibody to Human Regulator of Cullins 1 (ROC1) (AA 94-108)
Purification Neat antiserum delipidation and defibrination.
Sterility Sterile filtered
Alternative Name Regulator of Cullins 1 (ROC1)
Application Notes Suitable for use in ELISA (1:2.000 - 1:10.000) and Western blot (1:500 - 1:1.000). The antibody immunoprecipitates in vitro translated protein and protein from overexpressing cell lysates (using HeLa and NIH-3T3 and others). Coimmunoprecipitation of related cullin proteins does occur. Coimmunoprecipitation of ubiquitin ligase activity will also occur. A 12.2 kDa band corresponding to human ROC1 is detected. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
