Application Notes
|
Suitable for use in immunohistochemistry (paraffin only). Ready for use on routinely fixed (B5, Bouin's, Dubosq-Brasil, Zenker's and formalin). IHC Staining Pattern: cytoplasm, but nuclear staining is not unusual and considered to be an appropriate specific immunological reaction for S-100. Glial cell in brain tissue, melanocytes in skin, fixed and processed in the same manner as the test tissue. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
