Immunogen Synthetic peptide corresponding to AA at the N-terminus of the SARS Spike glycoprotein (Genbank accession no. P59594).
Specificity Reacts with the N-terminal of the spike protein of SARS-associated coronavirus. The spike protein is a glycosylated 139 kDa protein and the major surface antigen of the virus.
