| Description | Fibronectin is a dimeric glycoprotein which is present in cells, extracellular matrix, andblood (1). It possesses at least four binding sites for collagen, glycosaminoglycans, transglutaminase, and a cell surface receptor. Fibronectin is involved in cell adhesion, tissue organization, and wound healing. |
| Specificity | This antibody is specific for Fibronectin. Cellular Localization: Connective tissue matrix and basement membrane. Species: Human, Mouse, Rat. Others not tested. Add. Information: Mol. Wt. of Antigen: 440kDa (non-reduced) and 220kDa (reduced). |
