Application Notes ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
Western blot: Preliminary experiments in Human Brain (Cerebellum, Hippocampus and Substantia nigra) lysates gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1 µg/mL).
