Official Symbol: CCBL1. RefSeq number(s): NP_004050.3, NP_001116144.1
Specificity This antibody is expected to recognize both reported isoforms (NP_004050.3, NP_001116144.1) Human

Application Details

Application Notes Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments in Human Brain (Cerebral and frontal cortex) and Human Breast cancer lysates gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to 1µg/ml). We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates?
Purification Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Buffer Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
Storage Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
Research Area Signaling, Metabolism, Amino Acids
Restrictions For Research Use only
