MAb BF3 recognizes only non-glycosylated interferon β. There is no cross-reactivity with human interferon α or human interferon γ. IgG1 for MAb BF3 IgG2a for MAbs BB4 and BD9 IgG2b for MAb BG6

Application Notes: Antibodies are working in ELISA and Western blotting. MAbs BB4 and BF3 can be used for coating and MAbs BD9 and BG6 can be used as conjugates in sandwich ELISA. MAbs BD9 and BG6 have neutralizing activity in Western blotting.
