SLC7A5 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
SLC7A5 antibody was raised against a 14 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of SLC7A5.
SLC7A5
Reactivity: Mouse, Rat
WB
Host: Rabbit
Polyclonal
unconjugated
Application Notes
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western Blot: Approximately 60 kDa band observed in human spleen lysates (calculated MW of 55.0 kDa according to NP_003477.4). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. Some minor background is detected and is blocked by the immunizing peptide. We call for caution when used for other assays than Western Blot.
