Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approximately 70 kDa band in HEPG2 lysate after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining. The 70 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
