Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western Blot: Approximately 48 kDa band in lysates of cell lines HeLa and Kelly after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining. . The 48 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
