Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approximately 14 kDa band in human cerebellum and rat brain lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining. The 14 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
