Immunogen: XCL1 antibody was raised against a 15 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of XCL1.

Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approximately 80 kDa band in human peripheral blood mononucleocytes lysates after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining. The 80 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
