SLC4A11 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
SLC4A11 antibody was raised against a 15 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of SLC4A11.
SLC4A11
Reactivity: Human, Mouse
WB, IP
Host: Rabbit
Polyclonal
unconjugated
Application Notes
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 90 kDa band observed in human, mouse and rat kidney lysates (calculated MW of 99.6 kDa according to NP_114423.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 26 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
