Immunogen
RARS antibody was raised against a 12 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of RARS.
ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western Blot: Approximately 75 kDa band observed in lysates of HeLa and HepG2 (calculated MW of 75.4 kDa according to NP_002878.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
