Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000 Western Blot: Approximately 28 kDa band in rat testis lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining.9 kDa according to human NP_620167.1 and of 21.8 kDa according to rat XP_001066918.2. The 28 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing human DYDC1 (myc and DYKDDDDK tagged), a band of approximately. 28 kDa is observed. No bands are observed in mock-transfected HEK293 and the same band is observed using anti-myc tag antibody. This 28 kDa band is also observed in rat testis lysates. Recommended concentration, 0.1-1 μg/mL.
