Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000. Western Blot: Approximately 26 kDa band in mouse colon lysates after 1 μg/mL antibody staining.5 kDa according to NP_032291.1. The 26 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
