Application Notes: Approximately 100 kDa band observed in human cerebellum lysates (calculated MW of 101 kDa according to NP_775766.2). Recommended concentration: 0.5-2 μg/mL. an additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 50 kDa . This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
