IDH1 antibody was purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Immunogen
IDH1 antibody was raised against a 13 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of IDH1 (aa 65-77).
Approximately 40+45 kDa bands observed in HEPG2 lysate (calculated MW of 46.7 kDa according to NP_005887.2). The observed 40 kDa is consistent with observaton with different antibodies from other commerical sources. Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL.
