Application Details

Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 64000. Western Blot: Approximately 30+28 kDa bands observed in human heart lysates (calculated MW of 31.2 kDa according to NP_057079.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. The 28 kDa is explained by partly proteolysis. Both bands were blocked by the immunnizing peptide.
