- Application Notes
- ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western Blot: Approximately 40 kDa band observed in human brain lysates and in lysates of cell line A431 (calculated MW of 32.3 kDa according to NP_036418.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing MORF4L2 a band of approximately 37 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended for use at 1-3 μg/mL.
