Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approximately 90 kDa band observed in human T cell line MOLT4 lysates (calculated MW of 88.1 kDa according to NP_036419). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human lung shows strong staining of Type II pneumocytes. Recommended concentration, 5-10 μg/mL.
