ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Approximately 100 kDa band observed in lysates of NIH/3T3 and HeLa (calculated MW of 77.2 kDa according to NP_001155.1 and 77.0 kDa according to NP_663722.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Zambrano et al, J Biol Chem. 1998 Aug 7,273 (32) :20128-33., PMID: 9685356). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL.
